Product Description

As for the size of the paste head, it is generally proportional to the size of the carton, usually 15mm~20mm.
E. Tongue, which is inserted into the box body (or the bottom of the box), and the lid used to fix the box cover mostly adopts a friction-type tongue, which can be opened and closed multiple times, so that the friction effect is less.
F. Shoulder is the part where the lid friction buckle is resisted. The larger the F value, the more friction effect you get, usually 5mm is enough.
G. Radius, equal to tongue minus shoulder.
H. The male lock is the locking part of the tongue lock. It should be 2mm smaller than the female lock to ensure the tightness after locking. The female lock should be 0.2cm larger than the male lock.
L. Dust-proof wing, in fact, its function is not only to prevent dust, but also to help the overall strength of the carton. Without it, the entire carton would be slack. The dustproof wing can be 1/2 wide+1/2 tongue, or more or less than this size, depending on the needs, but must not be longer than 1/2, otherwise the left and right pieces will overlap.
