Paper layer thickness: three layers of cardboard usually =1mm, five layers of cardboard =2mm, seven layers of cardboard can be calculated as 3mm.
3. The formula used in the past is:

Through practice, it is found that the outer size of the carton manufactured by this formula is smaller than the actual size required by the customer. For example, with five layers of cardboard (more than 7mm thick), the customer requires to make the external size (length, width and height) =400260260 (mm) carton, according to the formula, manufacturing size = external size-cardboard thickness, that is, manufacturing size =393253253. According to this number, the outer size =395255255 is 5mm smaller than the actual box.
