In offset printing production, static electricity has been a headache for operators. Due to the different plant design and production conditions of each unit. For the prevention and elimination of static electricity, there are different emergency methods. Here the author introduces the method.
There is static electricity in the paper receiving table when the paper is printed on the front. When printing on the reverse side, Feida's suction nozzle does not absorb paper. Related equipment: a 50cm long steel ruler, a 1.5m long paper 10 iron wire or copper wire, an iron bucket or iron box.
Specific method: First of all, use an iron bucket to hold half a bucket of water, and put it under the paper receiving table (to the paper receiving table can not press the bucket); Put one end of the iron wire into the hanging hole of the steel ruler, bend it into a ring with a diameter of 30mm, hang the steel ruler firmly, and then put the other end of the iron wire into the iron bucket with water to conduct electricity. Put the steel ruler with iron wire into the paper of the electrostatic receiving table and move it around a dozen times (200 pieces of paper can be moved once). There's a significant reduction in static electricity. For quarto or folio offset presses, this method is very effective.
