Printing Technology: Want your print color better? Come and have a look!

Why analyze the manuscript color?

Suppose that green ink and yellow ink are used to mix green ink, if the green ink with red phase, or yellow ink with red phase, then the mixed green will turn dark. Because this is actually equal to the addition of magenta ink in the green ink and yellow ink, and this part of the magenta, if very few, but also with a certain amount of cyan and yellow according to the color reduction method principle mixed into black (yellow + green + magenta = black). Add a small amount of black to green, the color of course dark, lightness and saturation are also greatly reduced. So, if you want to use the right color in printing, you have to analyze the original color color.

Steps for analyzing the manuscript color phase:

When analyzing the color draft, it mainly analyzes the color on the color draft and the ink used. Its principle is: the primary color is the basic color of all ink blending, no matter how complex the color, no matter how the change, it can not exceed the range of three primary colors.

In the analysis of the color draft, it should be clear as far as possible whether the color draft is mainly to the online cable printing, or mainly to the field printing. If the network cable printing, the ink should focus on the same background color, if the field printing, deployment can focus on the same color, if both, then the ink should be both color and complexion.

After the analysis of the color draft, the color of the ink used should be analyzed, that is: for any kind of ink, to be good at seeing the color composition. For example, for yellow ink, identify whether it is red or blue (or green), for magenta ink as yellow or blue (or purple), and for green ink as red or green (or yellow).
