At the same time, when the water content of the paper is very large, the friction coefficient is large, the contact time between the cutting edge and the paper increases, affecting the accuracy of cutting, and it is easy to appear the phenomenon of rough edges and uneven length. The best water content in paper is about 7% to 8%.
