(1) The reference line of the cutting paper size on the paper pusher is the rear gear gauge, which should be parallel to the cutting line and perpendicular to the work table.
(2) When the cutter falls, the cutter should be perpendicular to the table, and the blade of the cutter should be parallel to the table and adjusted to a certain height.
(3) The paper press should be able to adjust the pressure size and maintain its stability according to the cutting requirements. Generally, the surface pressure should be within the range of 4~10MPa, not exceeding 15MPa, which is the premise to ensure the cutting quality.
Therefore, in the installation and debugging of the paper cutter, the above parts should be adjusted accurately, otherwise it will cause the cutting specifications do not meet the requirements or cutting skew.
2. Improper adjustment of the cutter and the blade
If the cutter is not in place, the falling height of the cutter is too low, making the cut is too deep, or the normal depth of the cutter is 0.5~1mm; the blade is blunt and the uneven blade or cuts.
3. There is a small gap in the blade, and the knife edge of the cut object appears.
4. The reason for the long and short paper after cutting
(1) The blade of the cutter is too blunt, it is easy to pull the surface layer of the cutter so that the specifications are inconsistent.
(2) The cutter is not perpendicular to the workbench.
(3) The front surface of the paper pusher is not perpendicular to the surface of the workbench. The paper pusher leans forward, and the paper stacks after cuts are long and short.
(4) The higher the paper stack, the pressure of the paper press increases accordingly, and the greater the anti-cutting knife of the paper stack, thus increasing the bending deformation of the paper stack, and the phenomenon of the long and short after cutting. Therefore, the height of the paper stack should be controlled below 100mm, the thickness of the paper is different, and the corresponding cutting height should also be moderately adjusted.
(5) The pressure of the paper press should depend on the nature of the cut paper. Size and quantity changes, in order to achieve accurate cutting, the paper must be pressed with a paper press. When cutting general paper, the pressure of paper press should be larger; when cutting hard paper or cardboard.
