On May 20th, the ten major production bases under Jielong, namely Dongguan, Taicang, Quanzhou, Chongqing, Leshan, Tianjin, Hebei, Hubei, Beihai and Shenyang, simultaneously issued price increase notices, covering major packaging paper types such as corrugated paper and various types of bullk card paper.
Among them, Jiulong Taicang and Quanzhou were the first to raise prices starting from May 22nd. Other bases raised prices in batches at the end of May and early June, leaving a certain buffer and response time for downstream customers.
Jiulong North Base in Hubei Province
Starting from May 28, 2026, the price of recycled cattle cards at the Hubei base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
2. Starting from June 1, 2026, the prices of Haolong high-quality series cattle cards and Diulong high-quality V cattle cards at the Hubei base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
3. Starting from June 3, 2026, the price of Dilingnuo Ka at the Hubei base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
Jiulong Shenyang Base
Starting from May 30, 2026, the prices of Diliulongniakai, Diliulong High-Quality Niakai, and Diliulong High-Quality V Niakai at the Shenyang base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
2. Starting from June 1st, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Shenyang base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
3. Starting from June 3, 2026, the price of recycled cattle cards at the Shenyang base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
Jiulong Quanzhou Base
Starting from May 22, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Quanzhou base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
2. Starting from May 25, 2026, the price of recycled cattle cards at the Quanzhou base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
3. Starting from May 27, 2026, the price of Dulongniak cards at the Quanzhou base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
Juliang Tianjin and Hebei Base
Starting from May 30, 2026, the prices of Dilingnuo Card, Diling High-Quality Cow Card, and Diling High-Quality V-Cow Card at the Tianjin base and Hebei base will increase by 50 yuan per ton.
3. Starting from June 1, 2026, the price of recycled cattle cards at the Tianjin base and the Hebei base will increase by 50 yuan per ton.
3. Starting from June 3, 2026, the corrugated paper prices at the Tianjin base and the Hebei base will be increased by 50 yuan per ton.
Jiulong Dongguan Base
Starting from May 27, 2026, the prices of white paper cards, coated paper cards, recycled paper cards and corrugated paper at the Dongguan base will be increased by RMB/HKD 50 per ton (USD 7 per ton).
3. As of June 1, 2026, the prices of Jielong Cow Card (Special), Jielong Cow Card, HaiLong High-Quality V Cow Card, HaiLong Cow Card, DiLong High-Quality V Cow Card, and DiLong Cow Card at the Dongguan base will increase by RMB/HKD 50 per ton (USD 7 per ton).
Jiulong Taicang Base
Starting from May 22, 2026, the prices of the recycled cattle card and corrugated paper at Taicang Base will increase by RMB 50 per ton, and the price of Jianglong recycled cattle card will increase by RMB 80 per ton.
2. Starting from May 25, 2026, the prices of high-quality beef cattle cards and beef cattle cards at the Taicang base will increase by RMB 50 per ton.
Jiulong Chongqing and Leshan Base
Starting from June 1, 2026, the prices of Jianglong bull cards and Jianglong recycled bull cards at the Chongqing base will increase by 50 yuan per ton.
3. Starting from June 5, 2026, the prices of Jielong Premium Beef Card, Haolong Special Premium Beef Card, Haolong Premium Beef Card and corrugated paper at the Chongqing base will increase by 50 yuan per ton.
3. Starting from June 5, 2026, the price of corrugated paper at the Leshan base will increase by 50 yuan per ton.
Jiulong Haibei Base
Starting from June 1, 2026, the prices of the high-quality V cattle cards for Hai Long and Di Long at the Beihai base will increase by RMB/HKD 50 per ton (USD 7 per ton).
